The Author

A self-taught researcher with a deep interest in Italian Renaissance painting, I have been conducting a long-term study on a drawing by Leonardo da Vinci held at the Accademia in Venice.

This website presents part of this research, focusing on the influence of the drawing on Leonardo’s contemporaries at the turn of the 16th century.

The study is part of a broader investigation into a pictorial composition whose origins appear to be closely linked to this drawing.

My approach is rigorous and well-documented, based on a comparative analysis of artworks, historical sources, and both older and more recent publications.

This site also aims to encourage dialogue and exchange with other researchers, art historians, and informed enthusiasts.
